RPS Group acquires Health in Business
RPS is pleased to announce that, with effect from 15/03/2010, the Occupational Health provider and laboratory Health in Business has become part of the UK Risk & Regulation arm of RPS Group Plc.Health in Business will now trade as RPS Health in Business and compliment the existing occupational health and laboratory services provided by RPS. RPS already operates Occupational Health clinics in the East Midlands, London, and Huddersfield areas, as well as several mobile screening units.
RPS Health in Business will further strengthen occupational health services in the North West. The management teams of HiB will remain with the business and contribute to its future success. Both RPS and Health in Business place significant value on continuing to develop and maintain excellent relationships with their employees and clients.
